Don't Let Fear Be Your Guide!
Two years into the pandemic, we're still getting our heads around vaccines, huge increases in house prices, gas, food and inflation.

Now comes a new budget, war in the Ukraine, economic uncertainty and the Bank of Canada increasing their rates.

I know right now it seems pretty awful, but there is always an upside to everything. Many home buyers made wonderful purchases allowing Sellers to move on, retire, downsize, move in with or helped their family.

The saddest thing of all is the fear the media puts out. We live in Canada and have weathered many storms. That's just life!

We all know the only thing constant is change. It is through these changes we make adjustments whether arbitrarily or those being forced upon us.

The worst thing is to let fear force us to over react and make drastic changes too quickly.
People still need to live, buy houses, eat, drive and travel. There is a reason for everything and I'm sure it will become clearer as time goes on.

In the meantime, Easter is upon us, bringing holidays and time to share with family no matter what faith you are.

Happy Holidays to all.
