NOW May Be the Time for an Update!

There are many reasons for selling. Lifestyle changes, health reasons, upsizing, downsizing, it’s all part of life. 

We have helped many of our clients and subscribers in the past and while everyone is waiting for the economy to settle and stabilize, it might be time for a Free Market Evaluation update of your property. Markets are changing with interest rates decreasing to make housing more affordable. More people are buying homes to live in, with less investors to compete with in those bidding wars.

Things are happening in your neighborhood that you may or may not be aware of, and although your grocery store clerk, neighbour, pet groomer all claim to know what's best, your Realtor has the right tools for the job! Sometimes a friendly chat can give you peace of mind. It doesn't mean you’re ready to sell, it’s just a way to gauge one your most valuable assets…knowledge is power!

New condos are being built in Durham Region; I do believe the oversupply of Condo apartments has kept the prices low. While maintenance fees are climbing, older buildings periodically have special assessments to keep things well maintained. 

Before any decision, I do my research, get opinions and advice but always make up my own mind. If you have all the facts, you will know when the time is right.
