Many Parts, All Working Together!

There is so much more to selling a house today than there ever was.

As properties sit waiting for a buyer to come along, stagers are running out of furniture stock to stage a property. I know stagers that have 20 to 30 houses that are sitting on the market and no inventory in their warehouse to help stage another property.

Should the stager purchase more furniture, that is the question. They can rent, but that too is more expensive.

Looks like the law of supply and demand is kicking in! If there is no supply, the prices to stage may increase. "Did I say that out loud ?"

Professional Photographers are feeling the pinch too! They are paying for space on websites to host the videos etc. and dragging out the time before a property sells is costing them more to do their business.

Not to mention gas prices which has a very real effect for small businesses surviving. Delivery services etc.

What does this mean?

Houses need to be priced right in the beginning to start the process/wheels turning.

Thank goodness the interest rates are slowly adjusting with talks of some substantial drops to come this year and early next year
