Thoughts From Judy Stacee-Cleaver                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Broker of Record, FRI, ABR

My Thoughts

As life unfolds in the real estate market,  what is not happening so quickly is the adjustment of the bank rate. Is it too little too late?

It's not the lottery, but are people waiting for the market to explode or to just get back to some kind of acceptable rhythm.                            There has to be a positive outcome from this need to keep the inflation rate down.

Unfortunately we have to go with the flow. Change is never easy, but necessary. New plans and controls are being developed . New strategies are surfacing . Seems Canada really is trying to rebuild for a better tomorrow.

Turning To Other Thoughts...

Sometimes we take life for granted. Things can happen so unexpectedly .

I would like to say thank you to my sister Michelle for her husband Paul Turney, my brother in law, sharing in critiquing my 'Thoughts' in our monthly newsletter that she creates.                                                                                                                                                                Paul, who suddenly passed away this month, would help guide us, sharing his expertise as a writer and charting numbers for our stats . No words can express the sadness of this loss.

Life won't be the same without him.
