We have all been waiting for the pandemic to end. Instead, we're into a third lockdown.
Real Estate has been a front runner of much of the world's economy. I'm sure there is more to it than people just wanting to move out of the city. Governments may introduce plans to keep the prices from escalating, but by that time, it may be too late. So we have to keep going and make the best of it.

Don't be afraid. Deal with it today! Even in a hot seller’s market, it’s important to prepare your home properly. If you’re selling your home, a positive first impression will make a huge impact on your selling price. That will help to sell quicker at a higher price. Some of my suggestions can be implemented with minimal cost and effort.
First, put yourself in the buyer's shoes and ask yourself the questions below. I know you know the answers.

Does my home have Curb Appeal?
Does my Front Entrance say, "Welcome in"?
Does my home look spacious? Did I declutter?
Can the buyers imagine themselves living here?  
Did I do those small repairs?
A Clean house is the most important feature. Does mine fit the bill?
Do I really need Staging or just declutter?

The little things often make the difference when it comes to creating a winning first impression.
If you want top dollar for your property, it’s important to set some time aside to freshen up your home before it hits the market.
