Summer Time...And The Living Is Easy

Well, maybe for some. It's been very strange. Most people take holidays, but not so this year.

We've had a late start with the spring market and Sellers who did not prepare their houses in time found that the trades people were too busy.

Many couples use 'Date Night at Home Depot or Lowes' making plans for improvements to the house.

As sellers make decisions and complete their projects around the house, they are listing their properties as soon as they are able.
So the market has continued throughout the summer.

About 18 months ago the market stalled. Buyers who held off the search for their dream home are now ready to go forward.

There's an air of excitement and confidence is back! People want to get on with their lives.

Guess I'll take my holidays... whenever.
