What Will Next Year Bring?

What a year in Real Estate this has been!
Many of us will be happy to see the last of 2018.
But, the world is always changing and we are changing with it.
For instance, for market trends, I've gone back to posting year-over-year statistics and added the types of homes sold monthly in each area of the Durham Region.
