Everyone has one!
I love watching the Stats Guys on the CREA Housing Report. "Sales are down and Prices are slightly up, as are interest rates."
No one has a crystal ball to predict the future. With more houses coming on the market, Buyers will have more choice.
Sellers must price their house right or it may take a lot longer to sell.
