Who Is Going Back to School?
Kids and students aren't the only ones going back to school this fall ... it's all the Real Estate agents as well.

Real Estate was hit hard with three governing associations making major changes, two of which will affect the public directly, not to mention the amalgamation of several real estate boards in the province coming together and being renamed. It is serious and challenging to say the least.

The mortgage industry is upgrading and re-educating as well. What a shake up!
I'm sure when the dust settles our industry will be streamlined and operate more efficiently. Technology is leading us to goodness knows where!

The consumer should feel confident that it is in their best interest that these changes are occurring.

 But for all the real estate agents, their heads are spinning as deadlines fast approach.
