Lots Of Predictions For 2019!
Some good, some bad and there are some things you just can't do anything about. 
They have to work their way through the system.
 
Our Government and its policies are still controlling things that affect our real estate market. If prices keep spiraling the way they have been, only the very, very rich will be able to afford to buy and eventually that would end.
 
We have all had to take a step backwards and reevaluate our positions. Change is good. 
The world is getting smaller and Canada is becoming more diversified.
 
Carefully, methodically, we are going forward and recovery is on the horizon.
 
It's good to know that the politicians are starting to listen.
