Slow And Easy Does It!
I am so glad to be a Realtor in the Greater Toronto Durham Areas. After all, we do have the highest number of sales of all major cities in the country.
 
I know there are housing issues. Unfortunately, the politicians may use this as one of their platform issues to gain votes in the upcoming October election.
 
The stress test, increased interest rates and imposed foreign tax have all taken their toll on the buyers and sellers across Canada.
But compared to some other countries in the world, we are doing okay.
 
Now, with spring on its way and St.Patrick's day almost here, there seems to be a breath of hope in the air.
