What A Guessing Game!
We are back to supply and demand.
So many buyers and sellers have been waiting for the market to stabilize. But does it ever? It's a moving force to be reckoned with, and many have tried.
Canada is growing leaps and bounds and is viewed as one of the best and safest places to live. Unfortunately, if you live in the Ukraine these days that may not be the case.
There is nothing wrong with renting or being a land lord, whatever your mark. Very few of us live in the same house our whole life as do families in other countries.
Our government is continually making changes and developing programs. I say "Our" because we had the freedom to vote them in.
"Adversity" means difficulty and hardship. Someone asked if the bad stuff in real estate was over?
"April showers bring May flowers" means that even after long periods of adversity, good times will follow. It's life's cycle. So enjoy the Spring!
